Review by hotel critic
My stay at Domaine De Provensol Bed & Breakfast exceeded all expectations, offering a sublime retreat in the heart of the Rhone countryside. Despite the scorching heat, the thick stone walls and wooden shutters kept the rooms blissfully cool, allowing for a restful night's sleep under the cozy duvet. The generous bathtub was a luxurious sanctuary after a day of exploration, complete with fluffy towels that added a touch of indulgence. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean room with a parquet floor to the exquisite free toiletries that added a touch of luxury. The thoughtful addition of garden furniture on the terrace allowed for moments of serenity overlooking the vineyards, where I enjoyed a refreshing cold drink in the heat of the day. The soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful oasis, ensuring uninterrupted relaxation in this ancient stone house dating back to the 13th century. The warm hospitality of the hosts, who shared their knowledge of the region and vineyard over delightful meals made from local produce, created a sense of belonging and enriched the overall experience.
